Following a Club Committee Meeting held on Tuesday, 19th July, Adrian Gauci Borda was appointed Rear Commodore (Sailing)

Adrian Gauci Borda was elected as a member of the Club Committee in February 2022 and since then, has been very much involved in the sailing  section of the Club. A keen sailor who started sailing at the age of 18 in the ILCA7 Classes, Adrian was part of the national team in the Laser class  up to 2003 Small Nations Games held in Malta, Mediterranean Games and World Championships. A co-founder of the SB20 Malta Association, Adrian still races but is very much involved in race organization.

Former Rear Commodore (Sailing) Peter Dimech will still be involved in the sailing community and will continue to contribute particularly towards dinghy related events, sharing his expertise and knowledge which he acquired over the years  Peter remains on the Club Committee in his role of Vice Commodore.
