We would like to inform you that the Annual General Meeting will be held at the Club in Ta' Xbiex on Thursday 25th February 2010 at 19.30 hrs.

Nominations for election to the Committee, duly proposed and seconded must be submitted, on the forms available at the club office fourteen days prior to the date of the meeting.

Any proposals to be discussed at the Annual General Meeting shall be seconded and submitted in writing to the Honorary Secretary, also, not less than fourteen days before the date of the meeting.

Closing date for both the above is Thursday 11th February 2010 at 17.00hrs .
